The GP Trainee years are varied and very busy. Experience
is gained by being exposed to as many cases as is
possible and being actively involved in
decision-making and patient care. All trainees will
be involved in a rota duty and will be expected to
be involved in night duties and on call as required.
This is an excellent way to gain a breadth of
knowledge and skills required for becoming a GP.
