The Practice
We are a new training practice but with lots of experience of students and also Stephen McCarthy was a Trainer in the West Midlands before moving to Ipswich. Stephen leads the training with Roy Steiner both having the Certificate in PostGraduate Medical Education.

During the 2007/8 we have taken several Foundation Year and GP trainees on the innovative scheme and our first GP Trainee commences in August 2008.

There are just over 12,000 patients in the North East sector of Ipswich and 6 whole time equivalent partners and one salaried doctor (Dr Kate Smith). GP Trainees have their own room and do acquire their own following of patients but are closely supported.
